In the career guidance center, I got a lot of advice on job hunting and internship, including how to write a good resume, interview skills and thank-you letter writing, which are practical skills that I can't learn in class. Moreover, the guidance center often organizes various job fairs, interview simulations, and corporate lectures, so that we can better understand the job market and industry trends and increase practical experience.
In the Student Affairs Center, I used the living facilities provided by them, such as washing machines, water heaters and printers, and participated in club exhibitions, volunteer recruitment and college exchanges. These activities made me make friends with students from other schools and increased my knowledge. In addition, the student affairs center regularly organizes literary competitions, sports competitions and lectures, so that we can have more entertainment and relaxation after class.
In a word, the functional departments of Huaqiao University are very serious and responsible, and their services are thoughtful, which has created a good study and living environment for us.
