China Communication University School of Management's student dormitory seats are mainly located on the west side of the college, called Zhonglan Apartment. The condition is that six students have an apartment with a separate bathroom and hot water on the floor.

There is another place just south of the school, Bangzijing Apartment, which has a four-person apartment and no separate bathroom. There is only one bathroom in the whole building, and hot water is supplied on the floor.
