Guo Tong, male, Ph.D., professor of School of Civil Engineering, Southeast University, doctoral supervisor, outstanding talent of the Ministry of Education in the new century, and national first-class registered structural engineer.

He is currently the director of the graduate school degree office of Southeast University, a member of the "Structural Engineering Appraisal" working group of International Bridge and Structural Engineering Association (IABSE), the chairman of the Youth Working Committee of Nanjing Civil Architecture Association, the director of the China delegation of International Bridge Maintenance and Safety Management Association (IABMAS), and a member of American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and International Civil Engineering Life Cycle Association (IALCCE).
