According to the specific situation of students, students who live near Shipailing and whose distance from school can be controlled within 30 minutes are allowed to apply for day study.

1, students who meet the conditions of day study shall go through the relevant formalities according to the following procedures:

A. Students submit an application signed by their parents, and receive an application form for students' daily study after being approved by the academic affairs office of the department.

2. Precautions:

A. In principle, freshmen cannot apply for day study in the first school year. B. Application time for day-to-day study: Old students apply for the next academic year in May every year, and freshmen apply when they report for admission in September. C. If you change your day study, you can apply for accommodation after one school year.

1. Program:

A. After the freshmen report for duty and the apartment management department arranges the room number, they will pay the fee to the finance department. With the accommodation bill, get the room key from the duty room of the apartment.

B. When the dormitory of old students is adjusted at the end of June every year, the apartment management department will uniformly assign room numbers to the student offices of each department according to the number of male and female students, and then the student offices of each department will assign them according to the class, and submit the detailed accommodation list of students to the apartment management department for the record.

2. Precautions:

Accommodation in the new apartment No.4 is separately applied for and arranged by the apartment management section, and occupancy is based on the principle of first application and first arrangement.

B. If you apply for changing the accommodation building for special reasons during the semester, you must submit a detailed written application and pay all the accommodation fees. If there are no empty beds in the dormitory, you can not change accommodation.

C. Generally, freshmen will arrange accommodation adjustment in September, and senior students will arrange accommodation adjustment at the end of June. At other times, accommodation is not allowed to be adjusted without special circumstances, and students are not allowed to change dormitories without the consent of the apartment management department.
