There is no special requirement for the college entrance examination to go to a junior college in other provinces. Just fill in the college entrance examination and volunteer. Candidates who take part in the national unified college entrance examination can fill in the college volunteers as long as they reach the college scores specified by the Provincial Education Examinations Institute.
