The strength is not very strong (so it is poor), but it is quite good compared with the junior college. The graduation certificate country absolutely recognizes Kaifeng Staff University, which was founded in 1979 and is an adult college headed by Henan Federation of Trade Unions.
The school was approved by the provincial people's government 1982 and put on record by the Ministry of Education 1983. It is the only regional staff university in eastern Henan that is recognized by the state as a junior college degree.
