Report to you the illegal misappropriation and corruption of administrative village cadres of xx village committee led by Comrade xxX, Party branch secretary of XX town, XX city, XX province, and hope that leaders at all levels will pay attention to it. The report reads as follows:

First, the grain and oil subsidies issued by the villagers' countries were deducted, and villagers' fees were collected without a receipt.

Since Premier Wen Jiabao took office, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China the State Council has repeatedly stressed that no matter what level of government and department, no matter what reason, villagers are not allowed to deduct grain and oil subsidies. But XX village cadres turned a deaf ear to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council's instructions. So the villagers still don't know how much grain and oil subsidies the state gives each year, and they don't know what fees the village Committee collects. Second, there is no receipt for the villagers' family planning fines and poor fund management.

In recent years, village committees have not issued receipts for villagers' family planning fines, which has caused serious violations of the law and corruption. For example, 20 12, they received a fine of 30,000 yuan from Dong Liu, a villager of Liucun Group, and have not yet issued a receipt; In 20XX, Cao Erlin, a villager in the seventh group of Mahuang Village, was fined 22,000 yuan for family planning with a second child, and the receipt was not opened. There are many examples above, so I won't list them one by one.

Three, do not build houses according to the plan, and charge the villagers for building houses without receipts.

Our XX village is the most remote village in longtan town. The front of the village is close to the town, and the villages are scattered. Originally, building houses by villagers was the best plan. However, village cadres do not adhere to the principle and approve houses and houses at will according to the plan, which leads to the impassability of village roads and the untidy appearance of villages, which makes villagers complain. What's more, the villagers didn't get the receipt of the building fee and didn't go through the building formalities on time. The charge for each house is as low as several thousand yuan.

4. I'd like to ask the relevant leaders and relevant units how much they pay in our XX village cadres a year. Is there a standard?

There are some cadres in our village committee, who don't farm or run any enterprises at home. In a few years, they will provide for their children to go to college, get married and buy a house and a car. Where did the money come from? This is not a small sum, and it is difficult for ordinary small bosses to do it. Some cadres often drink and have fun outside, which seriously affects the lofty image of the party in the hearts of the masses and seriously undermines the relationship between the party and the masses. In this way, the cadres of our village committees and administrative villages do not do practical things for the masses, but only for money, not to mention serving the people.

The above situation is true. We reported it to the XX Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and the Anti-Corruption Bureau, but they didn't take action.
