5. Payment method:
(1) Students from poverty-stricken households (precise poverty alleviation targets) in rural areas of Guizhou Province are free of tuition and accommodation fees. (2) Students who have not applied for national student loans and precise poverty alleviation, please deposit the tuition and accommodation fees into the bank card of China Agricultural Bank issued by the school on time and in full before August 22nd (candidates should remember not to deposit the fees into Guizhou bank card). The school will entrust the Agricultural Bank of China to withhold tuition and accommodation fees from the card, and the students who have successfully withheld will come to their college with the admission notice when they report for duty. Students who fail to withhold can only pay at the registration site. In order to make students register safely, conveniently, quickly and easily, it is recommended to use bank withholding.
(3) Students who have applied for national student loans and precision poverty alleviation should remember not to deposit other money in the agricultural bank card before applying. If the loan is insufficient and needs to be paid, it shall be paid on the spot at the time of declaration.
(4) Students admitted to the major of "Non-Tibetan Students Employ in Tibet" (Chinese Language and Literature, Computer Science and Technology) should remember not to deposit tuition and accommodation fees in the Agricultural Bank of China card before reporting. Students' tuition and accommodation fees are paid by the special finance of the Ministry of Education, so students do not need to apply for national student loans.
(5) The agricultural bank card issued by the school to new students is the only account for each student to settle funds and pay related expenses during his study in our school. After receiving the card, students will bring their ID cards to the counter of the nearest bank outlet to activate and modify the password. The initial password is:1111; If the password 147258 is attached to the received cards, these student cards don't need to be activated, just change the password at the ATM.
