4. The academic level of candidates must meet one of the following conditions:

(1) Undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications (including undergraduate graduates of adult higher education held by ordinary universities, adult universities and ordinary universities) and undergraduates who can graduate through self-study exams and online education. Candidates must obtain a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma or an academic degree certification certificate issued by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education before entering the school in that year, otherwise the admission qualification will be invalid.

(3) Persons who have obtained the diploma of higher vocational colleges recognized by the state for two years (from graduation to the date of admission in the current year, the same below) or above, and undergraduate graduates who have obtained the diploma recognized by the state, who meet the specific academic requirements put forward by the enrollment unit according to the training objectives of the unit, shall sign up for the examination as undergraduate graduates.

There are 19 registration points in the set area, namely Heping District, Hedong District, Hexi District, Nankai District, Hebei District, Hongqiao District, Dongli District, Jinnan District, Xiqing District, Beichen District, Binhai New Area (Tanggu), Binhai New Area (Hangu), Binhai New Area (Dagang), Binhai New Area (Oilfield) and Binhai New Area (Oilfield).

When registering online, candidates must choose the registration point. Candidates who choose the registration place in Tianjin to take the exam must pay the registration fee online within the specified time, otherwise the registration information will be invalid.
