In order to conscientiously implement the spirit of the Notice of the Municipal People's Government on Doing a Good Job in the Employment of College Graduates in Our City (Zheng Wu [2011] No.64), further relax the policy of college graduates' settlement, gradually solve the problem of leaving empty accounts in China, and strengthen household registration management, the relevant matters concerning the migration of college students' household registration are hereby notified as follows:
First, Wuhan ordinary colleges and universities (hereinafter referred to as "colleges and universities") to recruit freshmen, when entering the school, they can voluntarily choose whether to move into the household registration. For those who want to move their registered permanent residence into this city, the enrollment plan and enrollment roster will be reviewed by the sub-bureau on the basis of the admission notice, registration certificate and ID card, and then the procedures for the collective residence of college students will be centralized. Freshmen should be completed before the end of 12 in the current year, and the extension of the new year is not allowed unless there are special reasons. For students who are studying, they are not allowed to move out of their registered permanent residence except for reasons such as dropping out of school, transferring, and expelling from school.
Second, for college graduates who have (created) jobs in our city within 2 years after graduation, they are not restricted by the area where the unit is located, and they have settled in their residence, unit collective households, relatives and friends' homes or provincial talent service centers and municipal talent service centers, all of which are permanent accounts in this city and can move normally in this city.
(a) within 2 years after graduation, graduates from colleges and universities outside the province who have (creative) jobs in our city have settled down, with the employment registration certificate issued by the provincial Bi Office (which must be signed by the municipal Bi Office for employment in the city management unit), and graduation certificate, employment agreement or employment recommendation form, and registration form for permanent residents of student collective households, among which those who have not moved into our city's student collective households should also hold it.
(2) Graduates from other provinces who have (created) jobs in Wuhan within 2 years after graduation shall register with the employment registration certificate issued by the provincial graduate employment management department where the university is located (signed by the provincial Bi Office for those who are employed in Han provinces and central units and signed by the municipal Bi Office for those who are employed in municipal units), as well as graduation certificate, employment agreement or employment recommendation form and household registration certificate.
Three, Wuhan college graduates (including college household registration and collective households hosted by provincial and municipal talent service centers), meet the following conditions, not limited by the 2-year employment period, can move in and settle down in this city.
(a) Wuhan college graduates, married to the permanent population of this city, can rely on graduation certificate, marriage certificate and written application, the account will be moved to the location of the spouse's account; Parents have moved into this city from their original place of residence. With the "Graduation Certificate", proof of family members' relationship and a written application, they can be regarded as returning to their original place of residence and moving their household registration to their parents' domicile; If you are employed as a civil servant or staff member of a public institution, you can settle in your place of residence, unit collective households, relatives and friends' homes with the "Graduation Certificate", recruitment documents and proof of your work unit.
(2) Graduates with bachelor's degree or above from ordinary colleges and universities in Wuhan who buy houses in Han can move their registered permanent residence into the place where the house property rights are located with graduation certificate, degree certificate, house property right certificate, land use right certificate and written application.
Four, Wuhan area college graduates did not implement the employment unit when leaving school, in the two-year employment period, at my request, can keep their accounts in the original school collective households or transferred to the provincial college graduates employment guidance center. Graduates who have not implemented employment units for more than 2 years, as well as graduates who have been stranded in school student collective households and provincial and municipal talent collective households for a long time and do not meet other conditions for settling in China, should move their accounts back to their original places.
Five, the city's students studying in foreign universities, registered permanent residence in the school's student collective household graduates, by the "graduation certificate", "account migration certificate" and the original move out of the local police station to cancel the account certificate or the original cancellation of the account record of the "hukou book", can be returned to the original domicile or parents' current domicile in Wuhan. Students studying in foreign universities in this city have left their jobs and are now employed in Wuhan. Graduates with household registration in foreign talents or collective households can return to their original household registration or their parents' current household registration with graduation certificate, labor contract, household registration migration certificate, cancellation certificate of local police station or household registration book with original cancellation record.
Six, graduates settled, by the account where the branch office for examination and approval (graduates who moved outside the city, according to the need to issue a certificate of permission to move in), the police station by the branch office issued a notice of permission to enter the home for settlement procedures.
