Introduction of Global Training Center

In order to respond to the growing customer training needs of different countries and regions more quickly, ZTE University has set up several regional training centers around the world. 12 regional training centers have been or will be built overseas, namely: Indian regional training center, Middle East regional training center, North Africa regional training center, Asia-Pacific regional training center, South Asia regional training center, Ethiopia regional training center, Russian regional training center, North America regional training center, South America regional training center, Western Europe regional training center, Southeast Asia regional training center and Eastern Europe regional training center. There are four regional training centers in China, which are located in Shenzhen, Beijing, Xi and Nanjing.

Positioning:

The regional training center is an overseas extension of ZTE College's training services.

Provide timely training, document support and consulting services for local customers and employees;

Respond quickly to the technical/non-technical training needs of local customers and employees;

While saving the company's cost, we will focus on improving the satisfaction of internal and external customer training, thus further enhancing the recognition of the company's brand.

1) Asia-Pacific Training Center

The Asia-Pacific Training Center was co-founded by ZTE and STT Telecom, an Indonesian institution of higher learning, and is located in the historic city of Bandung, Indonesia. STT is the only telecommunications institution of higher learning in Indonesia. The main business includes customer technical training, employee technical training, employee management training, social training and outsourcing training. Training products include CDMA, GSM, DSL, 3G, transmission, SMS, etc. The training scale of 1000 people can be completed every year; Bilingual training in English and Indonesian can be provided.

2) South Asia Regional Training Center

There are two training centers in South Asia, one in Islamabad, Pakistan in June 2005, and the other in Rajal in June 2006, with UET (Rajal University of Engineering and Technology, the only telecommunications university in Pakistan) as the partner. The business of South Asia Regional Training Center includes customer technical training, employee technical training, employee management training, customer management training and social training. Training products include switching, optical access, ADSL, SDH, GSM, CDMA, etc. It can support the training scale of 1000 people per year; There are 4 full-time lecturers and 4 teaching assistants.

3) India Regional Training Center

There are currently two training centers in operation in India, both located in Bangalore, India's famous "IT City". The partner of the social training center is NTTF (a well-known professional training institution in India), focusing on employment and talent reserve training; College-Indian Ministry of Engineering Training Center mainly provides training for local employees and customers in India. The main business of India Regional Training Center includes customer technical training, employee technical training, employee management training, social training and outsourcing training. Training products include CDMA, GSM, WCN, ADSL, NGN, etc. The annual training volume exceeds 2000 people.

4) Middle East Regional Training Center

ZTE's Middle East Training Center was established in Cairo, Egypt in 2006, which was independently established by the region. The main business of the regional training center includes customer technical training, employee technical training and employee management training. Training products include CDMA, GSM, WCDMA, IN 10, NGN, SDH, etc. The annual training scale is 500 people.

5) North Africa Regional Training Center

The North Africa Regional Training Center jointly built by ZTE and Algerian Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications is the first large-scale training center built by ZTE in Africa. The main business of North Africa Regional Training Center includes customer technical training, employee technical training and outsourcer training. Training products include CDMA, GSM, ADSL, SDH and power supply. The maximum number of trainees per year can reach more than 500, and the lecturers have the ability to teach in French and English and communicate in Arabic.

6) Ethiopian Regional Training Center

Established in August 2007 by ETC and ZTE in CTIT Institute of Telecommunications and Information Technology under ETC. The training center is mainly used to train ETC engineers, ZTE employees and social telecom talents. ZTE's representative office in Ethiopia showed the training center its full range of products, including GSM, CDMA, switching, transmission and data. CTIT provides the infrastructure, and the training center will also be used for customer and employee training in South Africa in the future. The annual training capacity can exceed 2000 people. .
