In the gratitude session, I shared some messages from parents to their children in the class. The children listened carefully and felt deeply. I didn't pronounce the child's name in some messages, but later the child heard it and could guess that it was written by his parents. A child took the initiative to ask me to print out her parents' messages as a souvenir after the class meeting. I feel that although I only read the messages of a few parents, all parents are in the same mood, and the children have realized their parents' expectations and care for themselves.
In "No regrets in youth", I showed the children a video of a Tsinghua girl applying for a grand prize defense. This girl and her twin sisters are called Tsinghua top student Sisters. When she showed her achievements in study, work, literature, art and sports, the children couldn't help sighing. Sigh her all-round development, all-round Excellence. After reading it, I told my classmates that everyone's youth is precious. We should spend it fully and meaningfully, and only when we look back on this period a few years later can we have a clear conscience. I also shared two sentences with them:

Although we are at work on Friday, we are very motivated because the holiday is coming. Although you can play on Sunday, it's embarrassing because you're going to work soon. This shows that happiness comes not from enjoyment, but from hope and struggle!
