First of all, the literature collection includes books, periodicals, dissertations, microfilms, CDs, floppy disks and various audio-visual products collected by the library. Two, the loss or serious damage to the collection of literature, should compensate for the same version of the new literature. If the new literature of the same edition cannot be compensated, all Chinese and foreign books and periodicals published before 1950 shall be compensated at 20 times the book price; Books and periodicals published in Chinese and foreign languages before 1965 shall be compensated at the price of 10 times; The photocopied Chinese and foreign books and periodicals published before 1985 shall be compensated at the price of 5 times, and the original foreign books and periodicals shall be compensated at the price of 10 times; Photocopyed books and periodicals published in Chinese and foreign languages after 1985 shall be compensated at 3 times the price, and the original books and periodicals shall be compensated at 5 times the price; If the bound volume expires, it shall be compensated at 5 times of the original price; Other collections are compensated at 3 times the price. For the collection materials affixed with bar codes and anti-theft magnetic strips, the bar code fee 1 yuan and the magnetic strip fee 1 yuan shall be paid for each volume.
3. If the CD lost by readers has a copy or backup in the library, it can be completely copied, and the copied CD can be used normally. Readers can choose to pay only the CD copying fee (20 yuan/film), and the reading room staff is responsible for entrusting the technical department and the editing department to handle the copying work such as CD burning, label recovery and barcode recovery, so that the CD content can be restored and put into normal use.
Four, scribble, annotate or deface books and periodicals in other ways, if the circumstances are serious, compensation shall be made according to the provisions of Article 1. If it does not seriously affect the use, it can be handled according to the situation. In principle, every defaced book will be fined 50 cents, and high-priced imported books and periodicals will be fined 2 yuan. The maximum fine is generally not more than twice the price of the painting book. Those who exceed it shall be dealt with according to Article 1.
