Lee Hyun Woo, female, Korean, 1964 was born in Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province. She graduated from Peking University with a master's degree in radio physics, a missile expert and the rank of professional technical major general. He is currently the chief engineer of a certain institute of the Second Artillery Equipment Research Institute of the Chinese People's Liberation Army.
