Xi Anpeihua College has different enrollment batches in different provinces, including a batch of undergraduate students, two batches of undergraduate students, a batch of junior college students, one section of ordinary classes, one section of parallel admission and two sections of parallel admission. According to the first batch of general enrollment, its enrollment in Jiangxi, Guangxi, Shaanxi and other provinces in 2022 belongs to the second batch of undergraduate courses, which can be regarded as two universities. Xi Anpeihua College is a private university with the right to award bachelor's degrees approved by the people and the Ministry of Education of China. The history of the college can be traced back to the first female civilian vocational school in Xi, sponsored by Shaanxi Women's Vocational Education Promotion Association and approved by Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education 1928. After several changes, Anpeihua Women's University was founded by Chinese educator Professor Jiang on 1984, becoming the first ordinary institution of higher learning specializing in women's education in China. In 2003, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, it was upgraded to an undergraduate university and renamed Xi 'an Peihua College (male or female). In 2007, it became the first private university in the west with the right to award bachelor's degrees.
