Tongda College of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications is a full-time private undergraduate independent college established by Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications 1999 with the approval of the Ministry of Education. The college implements the dean responsibility system under the leadership of the Council. Professor Ye Meilan, president of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, is the legal representative and chairman of the college, and researcher Wang Chengkuan is the dean of the college.
20 12 Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications cooperated with Yangzhou Municipal People's Government to build a new campus in Yangzhou, a famous historical and cultural city, and won the UN Habitat Award, which was praised as "the capital of Huaizuo and the best place for Zhu". The new campus is located in Yangzijiang Science and Education Park, a university town on the Yiyang River in Yangzhou City, covering an area of 893 mu.
There are 55 full-time and part-time teachers in the college, including 230 teachers with senior titles. Among the full-time teachers, 88% have doctoral and master's degrees.
