1. During the application for changing majors, students who plan to change majors should log in to the Zheng Fang Educational Administration System on campus, save the application and print two application forms for changing majors directly. Be sure to submit the paper application form to the academic affairs office of our college at the latest on July 9 (online registration is invalid only), and the other one to the academic affairs office of our college;

Note that students of the Institute of International Education can only apply to transfer to other majors of the Institute. For the restrictions of other majors, please refer to 20 17 list of enrollees and restrictions.

2. The college to which the students belong requires students to register on the application registration form for transferring majors, and at the same time, review the students to be transferred out according to the specific conditions of the college. After the audit, all admitted students will be confirmed in the educational administration system of Zheng Fang, and those who choose to transfer will be "passed" and those who choose to transfer will not be "failed", and the specific reasons will be given in the comments. Complete all confirmation before July 13 at the latest;

3. Transfer to college and grade students according to their annual credit scores. Those who meet the set conditions and quota requirements will be included in the list of institutions to be transferred; Colleges that need independent examinations or interviews should submit detailed plans to the Academic Affairs Office for the record in advance, and publicize the assessment results on the college website in time and give feedback to each student. After the audit is completed, all students will be confirmed in the system, and the transferor will be approved, and the transferor will not be allowed to fail, and the specific reasons will be given in the comments, and all confirmation will be completed before September 5 at the latest;

4. Students who need to apply for a major change due to special circumstances should go to the college to fill out the Paper Application Form for Demotion and Major Change within the specified time, and prepare the corresponding supporting materials. After being audited by the college and the college to be transferred, apply to the academic affairs office, and after the adjustment of the school's major at the same level is completed, it can be transferred to a major with a balance;

5. The school will review the list according to the annual credit grade points. Students who meet the requirements of credit grade points will be transferred to major successfully, and the Academic Affairs Office will publicize the list of major transfers on the campus network;

6. Students who have passed the examination will receive the complete report card, the application form for major change and the credit mutual recognition form in our college, and go through the relevant procedures for major change before September 14. 、
