According to the requirements of "Opinions on Establishing and Perfecting the Financial Aid Policy System for Students from Poor Families in Ordinary Undergraduate Colleges, Higher Vocational Schools and Secondary Vocational Schools", our school has established national scholarships, national inspirational scholarships, national grants, national student loans (including national student loans on campus and credit student loans from students' places of origin), free education for normal students, national education assistance for students in military service colleges, tuition compensation for student loans for grass-roots employment, funding projects for new students' enrollment, work-study programs, tuition remission and so on.

Before entering school, students from poor families can apply to the county (city, district) level education department where their families are registered, so as to solve the tuition and accommodation fees. When entering school, freshmen with particularly difficult family economy, such as temporarily unable to raise tuition and accommodation fees, can report through the "green channel" opened by the school on the day of school registration. After entering the school, the school will take different measures and give financial assistance after verification. Among them, the settlement of tuition and accommodation fees is mainly based on national student loans, supplemented by national inspirational scholarships; To solve the living expenses, the state grants are the main ones, supplemented by work-study programs.

Article 8 The main contents of the subsidy policy for students from poor families in colleges and universities.

Our school allocates 4% of business income in full every year to help students from poor families, and implements tuition fee reduction and exemption system for some students with special financial difficulties in accordance with national policies. In addition, students or their families suddenly suffer from major diseases, fires, floods and other sudden changes, resulting in family financial difficulties, after the application of students, school verification and confirmation, can enjoy temporary difficulties subsidies. Students with financial difficulties can also apply for temporary hardship subsidies if they cannot go home to visit relatives during the holidays because their hometown is far away and the travel expenses are not enough.

Through the combination of on-campus scholarships, "Double Top Ten College Students", "Star of University of Technology", work-study programs, "Love Miles" visits for students from poor families, off-campus grants and other means, the school fully guarantees that students who apply for our school can successfully complete their studies and grow into talents.

Chapter V Instructions for Admission

Article 9 Requirements for specialized foreign language training

Undergraduate major: English majors only recruit English candidates; Japanese majors only recruit Japanese and English candidates; Russian majors only recruit Russian and English candidates; Other majors do not restrict candidates from taking foreign languages. The school has the conditions to teach English, Japanese and Russian foreign languages, and must choose one of them to study after entering school. Due to the teaching characteristics and requirements of computer science and technology, information and computing science, digital media technology, international economy and trade, information management and information system, e-commerce, software engineering, mechanical engineering (Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools), electrical engineering and its automation (Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools), computer science and technology (Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools) and industrial engineering (Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools), non-English language candidates are cautious.

College: there is no limit to candidates taking foreign language exams. The foreign language teaching of the public course in the school is English, and non-English language candidates should apply carefully. Article 10 The approved requirements for the ratio of male to female students in our school have no restrictions on the ratio of male to female students. Eleventh approved physical health conditions require the implementation of the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health, the China Disabled Persons' Federation to formulate and issue the "Guiding Opinions on Enrollment and Physical Examination in Colleges and Universities" and supplementary provisions. For the professional arrangement of the enrolled candidates, the principle of "giving priority to scores and following volunteers" is implemented within the scope of the enrollment plan 1: 1. That is, first rank the candidates according to the scores from high to low, and then search for admission one by one according to the candidates' professional wishes. When the first major volunteer can't be admitted, search for the second major volunteer, and so on; When all the candidates who entered the file were admitted through search, and the reported professional volunteers could not be admitted, the candidates who obeyed the professional adjustment were transferred to the unfinished major. If they don't obey the professional adjustment, they will be dismissed. When the scores of the candidates entering the file are the same, the general professional candidates are sorted from high to low in the order of single subject scores, and those with high subject scores are given priority. Single subject order: science is mathematics, foreign language, comprehensive science and Chinese; Liberal arts are Chinese, foreign languages, comprehensive literature and mathematics.

Requirements for the academic level test of candidates in Jiangsu Province: Candidates who take physics or history are not required to take another subject, and candidates can choose by themselves. The level test subject level reaches "1B5C 1 qualified" (that is, 1 elective subject level reaches B and above, 1 elective subject level reaches C and above, four required subjects level reaches C and above, and the information technology level must be qualified), and the comprehensive quality evaluation is qualified. The compulsory subject level of art majors is D, with no more than three courses. After the candidates enter the file, they are sorted from high score to low score according to the results of the file, and the majors are arranged according to the principle of "score first, follow the will", and the candidates are selected on the basis of merit. In the case of the same score, you will be admitted according to the results of two elective subjects. The order of priority admission is A+A+→ A+A → A+B+→ AA → A+B → AB → B+B+→ AC → B+B → B+C → BB → BC. When the grades are the same, they are sorted from high to low according to the sum of Chinese, mathematics and extra points; If it is still the same, liberal arts candidates will be sorted by Chinese (excluding extra points), mathematics and foreign language scores, while science candidates will be sorted by mathematics (excluding extra points), Chinese and foreign language scores.

In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, our school implements the admission rule of "queuing up according to professional volunteers within the enrollment plan 1: 1".

Our school's admission policy for candidates in the provinces with college entrance examination reform is implemented according to the requirements of the provinces with college entrance examination reform.

Candidates who apply for art majors must pass the school examination (the provinces that do not organize the school examination must pass the provincial unified examination), and the scores of cultural examinations reach the provincial control scores of the art majors in the provinces where the candidates are located, and they are selected according to the comprehensive scores from high to low. When the comprehensive scores are the same, they are ranked from high to low according to the scores of individual subjects, and the one with the highest score is preferred. Single subject order: foreign language, total score of specialized courses, Chinese, comprehensive arts and sciences, mathematics. The calculation method of comprehensive score is as follows: art major: comprehensive score = (total score of cultural course ×60%)+ (total score of professional course × 100%). Radio and television director major: comprehensive score = (total score of culture course × 100%)+ (total score of professional course × 100%).

The handling of special circumstances such as adding points or reducing points for candidates shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the admissions examination institutions of the provinces (cities, autonomous regions) where the candidates are located.
