Teachers with doctoral degrees account for 59% of the total number of teachers. Among the teachers, there are famous scholars who won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Award and made outstanding contributions to the country, young backbone teachers who won the titles of "Fok Ying Tung Award", "Blue Project" and "333 Project" in Jiangsu Province, and winners of the Redwood Award, the Ceng Xianzi Award and the top ten outstanding young teachers.
