Class of 2022:
After receiving the letter of admission, you have officially become a member of the graduate family of Chongqing Medical University! Please make preparations in advance and report to the school before school starts.
I. Registration Time
September 2022 1 (adjusted according to the dynamic changes of the epidemic situation, please pay attention to the school's follow-up notice at any time).
Second, the report object
In 2022, full-time unified recruitment of doctoral students (including direct doctoral students, master students and doctoral students) and master students (including graduate students recommended by our school and 5+3 integrated transfer students);
In 2022, all kinds of in-service degree applicants with the same academic qualifications;
Retain all kinds of graduate students whose admission qualifications have expired.

Postgraduate entrance examination freshmen are reported to the admission institutions, so please pay attention to the specific registration time and place announced by the hunting test network and institutions in time.

Fourth, the registration materials
The following original materials shall be provided during the audit:
1. Admission notice: After the registered permanent residence is scanned, the original will be handed over to the security office and returned to me;
2. Freshman registration form: log in to the graduate education and teaching management system of the school and submit it to the college after downloading the formalities;
3. Valid identity documents: 1 copy;
4. Diploma and degree certificate:
Doctoral students (including on-the-job applicants with equivalent academic qualifications): undergraduate diploma and degree certificate, master's diploma and degree certificate (master's and doctoral students must provide the school registration certification report within the validity period);
Master graduate students (including all kinds of on-the-job applicants with the same academic qualifications): undergraduate diploma and degree certificate;
Those with overseas academic qualifications: provide the Certificate of Foreign Academic Degree Certification issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education;
5. Qualification certificate for medical practitioners: provided by doctoral students with professional degrees;
6. Examination form of ideological and political quality and morality: Jiaotong University;
7. Personal health information commitment letter (attachment 1): submitted to the college;
8. Orientation contract: provided by graduate students with orientation employment and reported to the college;
Directional employment graduate students must sign an orientation contract with the orientation unit and be notarized by the local notary office.
If the employees of all units of the heavy medical system are employed in all units of the heavy medical system, the personnel department of all units of the heavy medical system will report the detailed information list of employees' directional employment to the graduate school.
9. Letter of approval for enlistment and certificate of discharge from active service: provided by graduate students in the special program of "Retired College Soldiers";
10. Full-time study recommendation form:
Those who apply for an on-the-job doctorate or master's degree with the same academic qualifications must also submit (a list of employees who agree to study for a degree on the job provided by the affiliated hospital directly under the central government);
