Zhejiang Communication University (referred to as Zhejiang Biography) is a media college sponsored by the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government, headed by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education, and approved by the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government and the State Administration of Radio and Television.
