Six, the competition rules

1, sign in before the game

2. Speed roller skating

1) The starting position of all competitions is standing position, and the starting signal is given by starting gun or whistle.

3) Athletes can only be sent out after their bodies are stable, and the position where the athletes stand is determined by drawing lots.

4) The first departure signal is "Ready", and the second signal is to fire a gun or wave a flag. In any of the following circumstances, the initiator points out that it is necessary to restart.

A. The athlete's fall was due to unexpected equipment failure, not his own responsibility.

B. Before the starter gives the starting signal, the athlete takes the initiative. The first game was given a warning, and the third game was disqualified.

5) Time limit for athletes to start 10 second. If he doesn't start within 10 seconds, the starter will announce that the athlete is out of the race.

6) It is forbidden for athletes to get any outside help during running at various distances, unless the replacement of roller skates fails. Otherwise, the competition will be disqualified.

7) Athletes should slide to the finish line along an imaginary straight line in the running process of each race, and the normal running of other athletes should not be affected by curve or sideslip. In case of violation, the ranking of the leading athletes is listed as the ranking of the affected athletes.

8) When running in a corner, unless there is enough space to pass along the inside, you can only overtake other athletes from the outside. Otherwise, you will be fined for three seconds.

9) Under any circumstances, it is forbidden to intentionally and forcibly stop others from overtaking and sliding, and it is forbidden to bump, push, pull, block, kick or trip. Deliberately stop others from sliding. Otherwise, the competition will be disqualified.

10) It is forbidden for leading athletes to stop the latter from overtaking or help the overtaken athletes. Otherwise, the competition will be disqualified.

12) As long as the competition is not disturbed, athletes can repair the broken roller skates, and if necessary, they can accept new shoes to replace the broken roller skates, but they must do it independently without outside help.

13) When an athlete falls down during skating, he/she can get up by himself/herself and continue the competition without the help of others, otherwise he/she will be disqualified. Meanwhile, the clock has been ticking.

15) Determine the final ranking of athletes according to the order in which their wheels touch the finish line. The front caster that passes the finish line first must land, otherwise the moment when the rear caster passes the finish line is the finish line.

18) Protective gear (knee pads, elbow pads, gloves) must be worn during the competition, and helmet is recommended.

19) All competitions must be outside the prescribed area before changing lanes. Otherwise, the competition will be disqualified.

20) All competitions will start in pairs, and the group will be decided by the organizing committee.

Preliminary stage:

1. In the preliminaries, each athlete has two chances, and the best result is the final result of the athlete.

2. The starting order of the athletes in the preliminaries should be in the order of registration.

3. All the athletes compete in pairs by turns. After the preliminaries, the final results of all athletes will be summarized and ranked.

4. In the preliminaries, when an athlete has no achievements for two consecutive rounds, the athlete has no achievements in this speed pile crossing.

6. Take the top four in the preliminary round and enter the final (elimination) stage.
