China Ocean University (hereinafter referred to as China Haida and OUC) is located in Qingdao, Shandong, China. It is a comprehensive key university directly under the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC), and one of the key universities under the national "985 Project" and "2 1 1 Project". Selected as "20 1 1 plan" and "1 1 plan", it is a member school of Arctic University Alliance, IAMRI Alliance and Ocean University Alliance. It is the first batch of units approved by the State Council Academic Degrees Committee, and the first batch of "Excellent Agricultural and Forestry Talents Education and Training Plan" and "Excellent Engineer Education and Training Plan" in China.
