Tuition of Heilongjiang University
The tuition fee of Heilongjiang University is about 4000-6000 yuan per person per year. The charging standards of different majors in Heilongjiang University are different, and the general professional charging standards are between 4,000 and 6,000 yuan. Some Sino-foreign joint venture majors charge more than 1 10,000 yuan.

College enrollment follows the principle of "giving priority to scores and following volunteers", and there is no grade difference between college and volunteers (candidates from Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region are determined according to the admission rules of "queuing admission according to professional volunteers within the enrollment plan 1: 1").

Candidates with the same total score in the college entrance examination at the time of professional admission are admitted according to the ranking rules determined by the provincial admissions department. If there are no ranking rules, they will be admitted in turn according to the school's single-subject ranking rules. Liberal arts candidates are admitted in the order of Chinese, foreign languages and mathematics, while science candidates are selected in the order of mathematics, foreign languages and Chinese.

Heilongjiang University has two campuses.

Nangang Campus: This campus is the headquarters of the main campus of Heilongjiang University, located at Xuefu Road, nangang district, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province.

Hulan Campus: Located in Hulan District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, this campus is located in Crop Research Institute and Biotechnology Industrial Park of Heilongjiang University, and undertakes some scientific research tasks but not teaching tasks.

Heilongjiang University was founded in 194 1, located in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province. It is a comprehensive university jointly established by the Ministry of Education, the State Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense and Heilongjiang Province. It is one of the first universities in the central and western regions to carry out basic capacity building. It is the earliest Red University in China, which was founded by the China Production Party, to train Russian senior professionals. Its predecessor was the Russian team of the third branch of China People's Anti-Japanese Military and Political University.

The school was selected as a founding member of the first batch of national education and training plan for outstanding legal talents, national postgraduate plan for building high-level universities, key disciplines with characteristics, new engineering research and practice projects, national professional construction sites, national college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training plan, demonstration base for studying in China by the Ministry of Education, World Translation Education Alliance and Sino-Russian journalism and education university alliance.
