5 old campuses:
1, Jianxiangqiao Campus on the west side of the Olympic Village in the North Fourth Ring Road. The undergraduates have basically moved out. I wonder if the graduate students are still there.
2. Chaoyang Jintai Road Campus focuses on adult education.
3. Chaoyang Wangjing Jiuxianqiao Campus is mainly for graduate students, and it is the main location of photoelectric instrument laboratory, mainly for master students and doctoral students.
4. Xiaoying East Road, Qinghe, Haidian is Xiaoying Campus and used to be the main campus. At present, they are mainly teachers and students of three colleges: mechanical and electrical, automation and optoelectronics, and there are also many graduate students abroad.
5. Qinghe Campus, Sibozi, near Xiaoying Campus, is relatively small and mainly runs through the application college.
New campus 1
6. Taihang Road Campus, also known as Changping Campus and New Campus. Located at No.55 Taihang Road, Shahe High-tech Park, Changping District, Beijing, on the north bank of Beishahe River, it is now the main campus and is still under construction. The first phase is almost completed, and the supporting projects are not yet completed. The campus is much larger, with a total area of 1.200 mu. The surrounding area is green, with rivers, close to G7 expressway, next to Dongtuo exit, and close to G6. It is convenient to drive, and the current Shahe high-tech industry, economic management, public management, horse institute, computer, information and communication, and foreign languages have basically moved, and the main administrative units of the school have passed. Many laboratories are also in the process of relocation.
The new campus, the first phase, is still short of libraries and engineering buildings, but it has been capped and renovated inside and outside, and it is estimated that it will be put into use at the latest next year. When these two buildings are put into use, at least some of the three colleges where Xiaoying is currently located will move here in the future.
The new campus is the main campus, integrating the past five scattered small and broken campuses and giving full play to the advantages of Information Science and Technology University. In recent years, the strength of the school has been greatly improved, which is worth looking forward to!
