Article 21. Retired officers shall be properly placed by the state through retirement, job transfer, monthly pension and demobilization.

Those who have served in active service for a certain period of time and receive a monthly retirement pension will receive a monthly retirement pension in accordance with relevant state regulations.

Twenty-second retired noncommissioned officers shall be properly placed by the state by receiving monthly retirement benefits, self-employment, job arrangement and retirement support.
