Why do some college students want their parents to accompany them?
(1) Some students have their own shortcomings, such as poor self-discipline, excessive indulgence and serious bad habits, so parents have to accompany them. (2) Some behaviors of college students seriously violate the school rules and discipline, and the school forces parents to accompany them. (3) College students suffer from mental illness or physical defects, such as depression and anorexia nervosa, or college students need help because of inconvenient legs and feet. Parents of such students are forced to accompany them. (4) Some college students don't adapt to the collective life and specialize: parents must accompany them when they apply for renting a house off campus or applying for a single room. (5) Some college students have never lived in school before they go to college, and their parents have arranged everything at home, so their self-care ability is poor. If they can't wash clothes, they can't even wash socks. In this case, parents have to accompany them. College students are all adults, so save snacks for parents and don't worry them.
