Second, the procedure for joining the Party.

1, individual application;

2. Organize training (the training and inspection period in party member is more than one year), and fill in the inspection form for activists joining the party;

3. To fill in the "Volunteer to Join the Party", there must be two official party member as references;

4, branch review, branch meeting to discuss and make a resolution, submitted to the party committee;

5, the higher party organizations to talk about understanding, approval (preparation period of more than one year);

6. Take an oath to join the Party;

7. Preparatory period;

8, branch inspection preparatory period, put forward the opinions of whether to become a full member, and report to the party committee;

9, the party committee review, qualified to become a full member, unqualified to extend the preparatory period;

10, confirmation: individual application; Adopted at the branch meeting; Report to the Party Committee for approval;
