Jin an district Foziling East Road and Yonghua Road, Lu 'an City. Lu 'an, short for English, is also called "High City". The jurisdiction is adjacent to Hefei, the provincial capital in the east, Anqing City in Hubei Province, Yingshan County and Luotian County in the south, Henan Province Mall and Gushi in the west, and Huainan City and Fuyang City across the river in the north. Lu 'an East Harmony Road Substation is located in Foziling East Road and Yonghua Road, jin an district, Lu 'an City. It is a regional central city in Dabie Mountain, a sub-central city in Hefei Economic Circle, a connecting city in Wanjiang City Belt, an industrial transfer and radiation city in Yangtze River Delta and a national land transportation hub city. 1September, 1999, the State Council approved the withdrawal of land from Lu 'an to set up a city. The former county-level Lu 'an City was divided into jin an district and Yu 'an District, and the provincial-level Lu 'an City was formally established in March 2000.
