Dalian Ocean University, referred to as "Ocean University" for short, is a university jointly established by the State Oceanic Administration and the People's Government of Liaoning Province. It is the first batch of pilot universities in China to reform the education and training plan for outstanding agricultural and forestry talents, and a key construction university of first-class universities in Liaoning Province.
