Guiyang Vocational and Technical College is located at No.609, Yuntan South Road, Guanshanhu District, Guiyang City, Guizhou Province. The Business College of Guizhou University of Finance and Economics is located in the back street of Dayingpo University of Finance and Economics.

Established in April 2007, Guiyang Vocational and Technical College is a full-time comprehensive higher vocational college approved by the provincial government, put on record by the Ministry of Education, and organized by Guiyang Municipal People's Government.
