Why waste time looking for excellent talents from people with low excellent rate? The teachers, classmates, academic training and activity level that students who graduated from famous universities can contact are higher than those of ordinary universities. In this environment, the probability of Excellence is much higher than that of ordinary colleges and universities.

Take myself as an example. I am fishing in a double non-Japanese college in China. I'm glad I got my master's degree and studied my favorite major. My boss and I have a bright future, make progress together and have friendly colleagues.

After graduating from high school, many good friends went to 2 1 1, 985 famous schools. When I was a freshman, I was excited to attend various parties, but they were busy doing their homework. When I was a sophomore, I was busy leaving my position as the head of the student union. They were busy taking IELTS or going abroad for exchanges. In my junior year, when I was confused about postgraduate entrance examination or employment, they were already preparing for postgraduate entrance examination or working on projects with teachers ... In my senior year, those employed students had already got many job opportunities ... to prove their strength.

The whole learning atmosphere here is different. They have light in their eyes in the process of facing knowledge and learning, and that kind of seriousness and rigor fascinates me. This is the gap that hurts me the most.

Afterwards, I reflected on myself. Originally, I was not stupid, and my foundation was not bad. Because I failed in the college entrance examination, I was admitted to two colleges, and then my own identity+insufficient teachers+students were driven by a laissez-faire atmosphere. I demand myself with very low standards, and I feel very satisfied and full every day. I don't know that people who come to two colleges and universities and ask for themselves from famous schools are the best.
