Jinxiang generally refers to Jinxiang County, Jining City, Shandong Province.
Jinxiang University for the Aged was established in 1992. It is a first-class public welfare organization and a provincial-level standardized demonstration university for the elderly. With the care and support of the county party committee and the county government, and under the direct leadership of the Bureau of Retired Veteran Cadres of the county party committee, the school has always adhered to the school purpose of "increasing knowledge, enriching life, cultivating sentiment, promoting health and serving the society" and guided the majority of veteran cadres and the elderly to study, enjoy and make a difference in their later years. It has become a classroom for veteran cadres and the elderly in our county to learn knowledge, a link for cultural pension, a position for political education and a platform to play its role.
