D 1: Xihai Town-Jinsha Bay-Hudong Sheep Breeding Farm-Qinghai Lake Fishing Ground-15 1 base. 76 kilometers.

It's not too difficult to climb the mountain around Donghu Road. It's hilly here. There are only about 300 endangered wild animals in the world (China antelope) that may be seen on the beach of Jinsha Bay. Ride 20km west along 109 National Road to reach 15 1 base, and you can stay here at night (you can also ride 24km to live in Jiangxi ravine, but the scenery and living conditions are better than 15 1).

D2: 15 1 base-Jiangxi ditch-Heimahe (lunch)-Shinaihai-Bird Island Town. 122km.

There are many uphill roads in front of the west road around the lake in Heima River. After 9km, the road conditions are very good, mostly downhill and very peaceful. But there is a steep slope of about 2km around 32km. Lunch can now be eaten in Heima River, and there is still a long uphill in Heima River. After turning over, you can go down the mountain to the Black Horse River. Turn right from Heima River to Huanhu West Road, with the best scenery. There are several places where you can get close to Qinghai Lake. You can ride their horses when you meet herders.

D3: Bird Island Town-Qinghai-Tibet Railway-Quanji-gangcha county. 65 kilometers.

The gentle road section is the main one. The special tourist highway for Bird Island is basically unable to get up and down, and the road conditions are quite good. Ride about 23km north along Huanhu West Road, cross Qinghai-Tibet Railway and ride 40km east along National Road 3 15 to reach Gangcha County, and live in Gangcha County at night.

D4: gangcha county-Hargil-Ganzi River-Dezhou-Xihai Town. 87 kilometers.

There are three long slopes, and there is a steep slope about 2km away from the investigation, but the downhill slope is almost 4km. After 20km in Hargil, it began to climb continuously for 4km at the milestone of 140km, and then the road undulating sections were more frequent. As we approached Xihai Town, there was a grassland where Wang met a Tibetan girl. There is a very complicated intersection at the entrance of Xihai Town. The correct way seems to be to turn right to Haiyan. Please pay attention to asking for directions.

Note: ① If you are full of energy on the first day, you can go to Jiangxi ditch; 2 be calm when you meet a dog; ③ Don't miss Jinyintan Grassland when you arrive in Xihai Town.

Third, matters needing attention

1. If you rent a car, the helmet boss will send it with you, but you have to prepare gloves, magic square towels and a thin sun hat under the riding hat.

2. Be sure to take warm, windproof and rainproof measures; When you first enter the plateau, you should pay attention to rest and drink plenty of water.

3. Choose a good car; Carry out necessary debugging; Prepare common tools; Bring the right clothes and necessities.

4. Riding speed is not very important, what matters is convenience and comfort. Seat: Put the rider's armpit in the middle of the seat and touch the axis of the roulette wheel with your hand, which is the correct seat height of the rider. The handlebar and the seat should be on the same level and the height should be between half an inch. Check whether the transmission is consistent and whether the front and rear brakes are sensitive.

Just in case, take some tools and parts that match your chosen bicycle. For example, scissors, Xiao Mu file, multi-purpose hands-on, travel pump (can be installed in the car), glue, cut and filed small pieces of rubber, one for the inner belt and the other for the outer belt, in case of emergency.

6, choose a short cycling suit, its advantage is tight, cycling pants directly contact the body, without wearing any clothes inside. It is best to apply some oil such as vaseline to the parts that are often ground. When the weather is cold, you can line one or two newspapers on your chest, which has excellent insulation effect.
