At present, the state has established a financial aid policy system for students from poor families in colleges and universities at the junior college stage of higher education, which integrates various forms, such as national scholarships, national inspirational scholarships, national grants, national student loans (including national student loans in schools and credit student loans from students' places of origin), free education for normal students, national education aid for students in military academies, compensation for primary employment student loans, enrollment aid for freshmen, work-study programs, tuition fee reduction and so on.

Before entering school, students from poor families can apply to the county (city, district) level education department where their families are registered, so as to solve the tuition and accommodation fees. When entering school, freshmen with particularly difficult family finances can report through the "green channel" opened by the school. After entering the school, the family financial difficulties will be reported to the school, and the school will take different measures to give financial assistance after verification.

Article 8 The main contents of the financial aid policy for students from poor families in schools

The policy of subsidizing students from poor families in schools mainly includes all kinds of scholarships as the main body, psychological and spiritual assistance to help students grow up healthily physically and mentally, and ability assistance with strong ability as the means and comprehensive quality improvement as the goal. At present, the scholarship funding system of the school mainly includes two types: First, the school fully withdraws 4% of the funds from the business income to support students with financial difficulties. 1. proportion of filing: our school determines the proportion of filing according to the students' situation in each province (autonomous region and municipality directly under the central government), and volunteers to file batches in sequence, and the proportion of filing is controlled within 120% in principle; According to the batch submitted by parallel volunteer, the submission ratio should be controlled within 105% in principle. If there are special requirements for the proportion of provinces of origin, the proportion of provinces of origin shall be implemented.

2. College volunteering: the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) that volunteer to file in order will enroll the first volunteer candidates first. When the number of the first volunteer students is insufficient, other volunteer candidates will be recruited according to the incomplete professional (class) plan. According to the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) that file in parallel volunteer, the candidates who file first will be admitted, and the candidates who file after admission will file according to the incomplete professional (class) plan.

3. Preferential policies for adding and subtracting points: When enrolling majors (categories), the actual scores of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) shall prevail, and the school recognizes the preferential policies for adding points and the care policies for reducing points of the Ministry of Education and relevant provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).

Major (category) grade difference: when enrolling majors (categories) (except candidates from Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Zhejiang Province and Shandong Province), they will be admitted from high to low according to the candidates' filing scores and professional (category) voluntary order. 5. In the provinces of college entrance examination reform (Zhejiang, Shanghai, Shandong, Beijing, Tianjin, Hainan), the school implements the plans and related measures announced by the provinces of college entrance examination reform in accordance with the requirements of published elective subjects.

6. Priority level: Candidates who have entered the file will be admitted according to the same sorting rules determined by the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) when their scores are the same.

7. Professional adjustment: When all the candidates' professional (class) volunteers can't be satisfied, the candidates will be adjusted professionally and pass the medical examination. According to the actual situation, our school will adjust it to a major (class) that is not fully enrolled and meets the training requirements.

8. Jiangsu Province: Candidates who implement the college entrance examination subject reform in Jiangsu Province are required to have a grade of "BB" (including B) or above, and all compulsory subjects have a grade of "C" or above; The admission principle of "scores first, then grades" is adopted for candidates who enter the archives, and the priority order of grades is (A+A+, A+A, AA+, A+B+, A+B, AB+ B, B+ B+, B+B+, BB).

9. Admission principle of Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools: Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools only admit candidates who have filled in the volunteers for Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools, and can be transferred between Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools. Take Jilin Province as an example: when applying for the major of Electrical Engineering and Automation (Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools) in our school, the scores after applying for the major did not meet the requirements and could not be admitted to the major. If candidates obey the adjustment, even if they only fill in the professional volunteers of electrical engineering and automation (Chinese-foreign cooperative education), they will be transferred to the major of international economy and trade (Chinese-foreign cooperative education); Those who don't obey the adjustment will be dismissed. After being dismissed, candidates can only participate in the solicitation of volunteers or the next batch of admissions.

12. Admission principle of high-level sports teams: According to the relevant policies of the Ministry of Education and the provincial admissions authorities on special types of enrollment and the enrollment brochure of our high-level sports teams, the candidates of high-level sports teams publicized and passed by the "Sunshine College Entrance Examination" information platform of the Ministry of Education are admitted according to regulations.

13.2020 enrolls three majors: mechanical design, manufacturing and automation (080202), mechanical and electronic engineering (080204) and material forming and control engineering (080203) according to the mechanical category (0802). Candidates who are admitted to mechanical engineering are trained in accordance with the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Enrollment and Training of Mechanical Engineering in Northeast Li Dian University, and the two-stage training mode of "1.5+2.5" is adopted.
