Accommodation students must fill in the information card (form) of accommodation students when they check in, and identify the accommodation according to the designated bed number, table number, stool number and cabinet number. Do not change rooms and beds without permission, and do not occupy vacant rooms and beds without permission. Students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan should register with the public security organ within one week of their stay.
Accommodation students who change their accommodation due to special circumstances should apply to the apartment office with the "Application Form for Accommodation Change" signed by the college. The apartment office will review the accommodation resources of the school, and students who pass the examination can change accommodation.
Integrate accommodation resources, repair apartment buildings, divert majors, concentrate military training, and adjust campus functions. The school can adjust the apartment building or dormitory where students live, and the students involved should obey the arrangement of the school and cooperate with the apartment to do a good job. Relocate to the designated building or dormitory in time with the "Property Departure Acceptance Form" of the original residence.
During the winter and summer vacations, students who need to stay in school due to special circumstances must apply in advance. After the approval of the college and apartment office, the school will implement temporary accommodation management on holidays according to the accommodation resources.
Students returning to school must apply for accommodation in advance, and after being examined and approved by the college and the apartment office, they should go through the check-in formalities at the apartment office with the corresponding documents within the specified time.
Students with postponed student status apply for accommodation in the apartment office with printed results of this semester's course, academic plan and application form for deferred graduates' accommodation, and the apartment office reviews the accommodation resources of the school. Students who pass the examination shall go through the check-in formalities at the designated apartment building administrator with their accommodation vouchers.
If you need to stay out of school for more than six months (inclusive) due to graduation, suspension, transfer, drop out of school, going abroad or other reasons, you should go to the apartment office to check out with the Application Form for Check-out or relevant certificates, notices and the Property Acceptance Form issued by the administrator, and move out of the dormitory within the specified suspension date.
If you don't check out and move into the dormitory after the deadline, the school can take relevant measures to deal with it, and the losses caused by it shall be borne by the parties themselves.
