(1) survey purpose: Through the questionnaire survey, we can understand the sleep status and quality of college students, analyze the factors that affect their sleep status, and the adverse effects of sleep disorders on their psychology, physiology and study life, and explore ways to solve sleep disorders, so as to improve their sleep quality and physical fitness, which is conducive to their healthy growth and study.
(2) Survey method: A questionnaire survey was conducted through online questionnaires, and links to questionnaires were sent to freshmen and sophomores through QQ, WeChat and other online platforms to investigate the sleep situation of college students in our school.
Findings:
Through this questionnaire survey, most students in our school still attach importance to their sleep, and only 4.36% students do not attach importance to their sleep; Most people think their sleep quality is good, while 20.65% students think their sleep quality is poor. Most people fall asleep between 23: 00 and 00:30. However, nearly 65,438+00% students fall asleep after 00: 30.
