Rule number one In order to ensure the smooth implementation of college students' enrollment and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of schools and candidates, the Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the policies and regulations of the Ministry of Education, the Admissions Committee of Colleges and Universities in Gansu Province and the Education Department of Gansu Province, and in combination with the reality of our school.
Rule number two The school is referred to as "Lanzhou Jiaotong University" or "Lanzhou Jiaotong University". The English name is "Lanzhou Jiaotong University" or "LZJTU" for short. Rule three. Lanzhou Jiaotong University is a teaching and research university focusing on engineering, science, economics, management, literature and art, with the right to award bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees. Article 4? Undergraduate and higher vocational (junior college) candidates who are to be admitted by our school and approved by the provincial admissions agency shall be issued by the principal and stamped with the official seal of Lanzhou Jiaotong University, and the candidates shall report to the school with the admission notice. Undergraduate and higher vocational (junior college) graduates who have obtained the status of our school and completed their studies are awarded the corresponding graduation certificates of general higher education. The name of the school on the diploma is Lanzhou Jiaotong University. Those who meet the conditions for conferring a degree shall be awarded the corresponding degree certificate.
Article 5? Lanzhou Jiaotong University will fully implement the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) in the enrollment work of ordinary colleges and universities. In line with the principles of fairness, openness and justice, candidates are selected on the basis of comprehensive consideration of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor, and are subject to supervision by discipline inspection and supervision departments, news media, candidates, parents and all sectors of society.
Chapter two? Organization and responsibilities
Article 6? Lanzhou Jiaotong University has set up a leading group for college enrollment, headed by the principal, with the school leaders in charge of enrollment as deputy heads, and the main leaders of the Admissions and Employment Office, the Discipline Inspection Commission (Ombudsman's Office), the Academic Affairs Office and the Student Affairs Office, who are fully responsible for the overall coordination of undergraduate and higher vocational (college) enrollment work and discuss and decide on major issues in college enrollment work.
Article 7? In order to ensure the fairness, openness and justice of enrollment, the School Discipline Inspection Committee (Ombudsman's Office) supervises all aspects of enrollment in colleges and universities, and investigates, processes and answers the applications of candidates or their legal guardians.
Article 8? The Admissions Office is the permanent working body of the leading group for college enrollment. It is located in the Admissions and Employment Office and is responsible for the daily work of undergraduate, higher vocational (junior college) and second bachelor's degree enrollment. The school does not entrust any institution or individual to engage in enrollment publicity. The school reserves the right to investigate the responsibility of institutions and individuals engaged in illegal enrollment publicity activities in the name of Lanzhou Jiaotong University.
Chapter three? Enrollment plan and admission
Article 9? According to the annual enrollment scale approved by the Education Department of Gansu Province, according to the actual conditions of running a school, the school comprehensively considers the employment situation of graduates, the quality of students in various provinces, regional economic development and other factors, and combines the implementation of the plan in recent years to scientifically and reasonably prepare the enrollment plans of various provinces and majors.
Article 10? The school has launched an enrollment plan for 3 1 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) nationwide, and the enrollment plan is announced to candidates through provincial enrollment authorities, school enrollment brochures, school websites and other forms. The specific enrollment plan shall be subject to the final announcement by the provincial admissions authorities.
Article 11? The undergraduate enrollment plan reserved by the school does not exceed 1% of the total undergraduate enrollment plan, which is used to adjust the imbalance of online students and the admission of candidates in the same position. Adhere to the principle of collective resolution and openness and transparency in the admission process, and adjust the use according to the situation of applicants in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).
Article 12? According to the students' situation and the enrollment plans of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), the proportion of enrollment in the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) is controlled within 100%- 105% of the enrollment plans of the provinces, and the proportion of enrollment in other provinces is controlled within 120% of the enrollment plans.
Article 13 The requirements of the school for the physical examination of candidates shall be implemented in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities formulated by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation.
Fourteenth candidates who enter the archives are selected according to the candidates' college entrance examination scores from high to low (that is, the actual college entrance examination scores+various policies plus points, and the provinces and regions with file check bits include file check bits). Professional arrangement is based on the principle of "giving priority to scores and following volunteers", and there is no professional grade difference. Fifteenth for the provinces or batches that implement non-parallel volunteer, the school gives priority to the candidates who apply for the first choice. If the number of first volunteers is insufficient, non-first choice candidates can be admitted; For the provinces or batches that implement parallel volunteer, if the number of enrollment places in parallel volunteer is insufficient, our school will adjust the enrollment plan according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and the relevant provincial enrollment authorities. Sixteenth provinces that implement the "3+3" and "3+ 1+2" modes of comprehensive college entrance examination reform shall adopt the enrollment policies issued by the relevant provinces. Candidates must meet the requirements of elective subjects for majors (professional groups) promulgated by our school.
Article 17? School art majors and high-level sports teams accept both arts and sciences, and the admission method is implemented in accordance with the relevant policies of the provincial admissions department.
Article 18? Admission rules for art majors
1, using the results of the provincial unified examination, the provinces that implement parallel volunteer's investment will be admitted according to the admission rules of their provinces.
2, the use of provincial unified examination results and the implementation of sequential voluntary (non-parallel volunteer) Toudang provinces, according to the comprehensive scores from high to low ranking preferred admission (such as candidates with the same comprehensive scores, according to the cultural scores from high to low ranking preferred admission), comprehensive scores = cultural scores ×0.3- professional scores ×0.7, until the record is full.
Article 19 The enrollment of high-level sports teams shall be implemented in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education and relevant provinces, and at the same time, they must participate in special tests (football and table tennis) organized by the State Sports General Administration and special tests (track and field) organized by our school. Candidates who pass the special examination and are confirmed by the provincial admissions department to be no problem will be admitted according to the special examination results from high to low on the basis that the cultural class reaches the publicity preferential score line.
Article 20? Foreign language courses for non-foreign language majors in Lanzhou Jiaotong University are all in English. Candidates in other small languages should apply carefully.
Article 21? The enrollment of the second bachelor's degree is implemented in accordance with the relevant policies of the Ministry of Education and the Gansu Provincial Department of Education.
Article 22? The school recruits ethnic minority preparatory classes for Gansu and Xinjiang, and recruits mainland high school classes for Xinjiang and Tibet. Specific policies shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the relevant provincial (autonomous region) admissions authorities.
Article 23? The admission results are announced in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education and the regulations of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government). Candidates can check in our school-based college enrollment network.
Chapter four? Expenses and others
Article 24? Undergraduate tuition: 4,700 yuan/academic year for engineering majors (9,000 yuan/academic year for data science and big data technology majors); 4,000 yuan/academic year for literature and economic management majors; 4400 yuan/academic year for foreign language majors; Science major 4300 yuan/academic year; 6,800 yuan/academic year for art majors; 5500 yuan/academic year for architecture and urban planning. Tuition for higher vocational (junior college) majors: 4,500 yuan/academic year. Educational system: five years for architecture and urban-rural planning, and four years for other undergraduate majors; Higher vocational education is three years. Accommodation fee: 900- 1400 yuan/school year, which will be charged according to the corresponding standards after the school arranges accommodation uniformly. Considering some railway majors in our school (such as transportation, rail transit signal and control, etc. ) In the future, they will mainly be employed in the railway system, and they have higher requirements for students' eyesight. Candidates who are color-blind and physically weak should apply carefully.
Article 27? This school has a perfect reward and funding system. For students with excellent academic performance and family difficulties, various awards, grants and work-study programs have been established.

Article 30? In case of any conflict between the previous requirements and provisions of the school on the enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities and the Articles of Association, the Articles of Association shall prevail; If the Articles of Association are inconsistent with the relevant policies and regulations of the national or provincial (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) admissions authorities, the relevant policies and regulations of the state and higher authorities shall prevail.
Article 31? The Articles of Association is applicable to the enrollment work of Lanzhou Jiaotong University in 2022, and is interpreted by the Admissions and Employment Office of Lanzhou Jiaotong University.
