I. Registration conditions

Be in good health, have the sports specialty of the items limited in this Admissions Guide, and be under 22 years old (born after 1 September, 9921day). Anyone who meets one of the following conditions can apply:

1. Graduated from senior secondary education with the same academic ability, obtained the certificate of national first-class athletes (inclusive) or above, or won the top eight main players in national (or international) team events in the past three years.

2. Graduated from senior secondary education school, obtained the certificate of national second-class athletes (inclusive) or above, and obtained the top six team members of collective projects or the top three individual projects at or above the provincial level in high school.

Candidates who apply for the exam with the same academic qualifications must provide proof of attendance and transcripts with the same academic qualifications as senior secondary education, and the provincial education administrative department shall assist the enrollment school in qualification identification. Candidates with the same academic qualifications who have not passed the qualification examination are not allowed to apply.

3. Enrollment Major: Fill in the annual enrollment major of our school in the province where the candidate is located.

Third, the time and method of registration

1. college entrance examination registration: all candidates who apply for high-level athletes in our school must go through the college entrance examination registration procedures at their place of residence according to the relevant regulations of the relevant provinces.

2. Special test registration:

Registration method: register online on the website of our school's Admissions Office.

3. Qualification examination: according to the actual needs of high-level sports teams in our school, the submitted materials shall be preliminarily examined (the materials shall be truthfully filled in according to the contents of the registration form, and if there are omissions, they shall be treated as not meeting the registration conditions), and the list of qualified athletes in the preliminary examination shall be published on the website of the Admissions Office.

Four. Test time, content and method

1. Culture Examination:

According to the documents of the Ministry of Education, candidates who hold the certificate of national first-class athletes or above can take separate examinations for cultural courses organized by our school. The examination subjects are Chinese, mathematics and English, and the examination time is arranged on the second day after the end of the special examination (if there is any change, it will be notified separately). Other candidates must take the national unified college entrance examination at the place where they are registered.

2. Special test:

⑤ Special test contents:

A. Swimming: This event is optional.

B. basketball: jumping ability (touch height); Dribble and shoot in unit time; 3-to-3 attack and defense at halftime; There are two basketball games, five to five.

6. If you have track and field expertise, you can apply for an extra test.

1. All candidates who apply for high-level sports teams in our school should take the special sports test of high-level sports teams in our school.

2. Our school will select some candidates according to their achievements in the special level test and enrollment plan, and publish them on the website of the Admissions Office.

3. Those who have passed the separate examination of our school's culture course can take the unified examination of national ordinary colleges and universities without examination with the approval of the local provincial admissions department, and our school will admit them.

4. High-level athletes who have participated in the national unified college entrance examination have reached the second batch of admission control scores in their province. Approved by the local provincial admissions department, our school will accept students according to their college entrance examination results and their wishes. Those with excellent grades (that is, those who can meet the performance standards of first-class athletes when they arrive at school, or those who our school thinks have a bright future in professional training (the specific list will be announced on the website of our admissions office), our school will apply for admission according to the examination results and enrollment plan.

5. Those who pass the special level test in our school need to take the college entrance examination organized by their province. When filling in the college entrance examination professional volunteers, you must apply for our school first. Professional volunteers can be selected by subject within the scope of enrollment majors opened in our school for candidates' provinces, and must be subject to professional adjustment. Candidates are requested to log on to the online registration system of the Admissions Office of our school from June 20th to July 20th, 20 14 to confirm the college entrance examination registration. Those who fail to confirm within the time limit are deemed to have given up the college entrance examination automatically.

6. The whole process of recruiting high-level athletes is supervised by the discipline inspection and supervision department of the school. The list of qualified students shall be reported by the school to the provincial admissions office where the students are located and publicized by the Ministry of Education. Candidates who have not been publicized by the Ministry of Education will not be admitted to our school.

7. The high-level athletes admitted by our school must sign an agreement with the school. During my study at school, I must abide by the relevant regulations of the school, obey the arrangement, participate in the relevant sports training and competition activities organized by the school, and undertake personal obligations.

8. Our school will re-examine the admitted students after admission. Those who do not meet the admission conditions or practice fraud will be disqualified.

9. Our school will publish the relevant notices and information of high-level athletes on the website of the Admissions Office in time. Please pay attention to and cooperate with the collection of relevant personal information. Candidates are responsible for failing to handle relevant matters as required by our school or providing inaccurate personal information.
