What about the tuition fees paid for dropping out of school?
Legal analysis: you don't have to pay tuition after you drop out of school. The tuition fees you have already paid will be reserved for resuming your studies. If you drop out of school, you will refund your tuition.

Legal basis: People's Republic of China (PRC) Higher Education Law.

Article 64 Tuition fees charged by institutions of higher learning shall be managed and used in accordance with relevant state regulations, and no other organization or individual may misappropriate them.

Article 65 Institutions of higher learning should establish and improve the financial management system according to law, rationally use and strictly manage education funds, and improve the efficiency of education investment.

The financial activities of institutions of higher learning shall be subject to supervision according to law.
