Physiotherapy at Emory University is provided by the Department of Physiotherapy, and students who study this major can get a doctorate. It takes 35 months to complete the course, starting school in June and graduating in May of the third year. The credits required for graduation must mainly come from resource medical college and apply to all degree programs in medical college.
The first two semesters focus on the normal structure and function of the human body, the principles of sports science in each stage of the life cycle, and the process skills (interpersonal communication and teaching) needed for effective practice.
Since the third semester, clinical problem-solving clinical science course involves pathophysiology and disease process.

Before the internship, you need to complete courses such as General Medical Conditions (spring semester of the first year), Skeletal Muscle Rehabilitation (summer semester of the second year) and Neurorehabilitation for Adults and Rehabilitation for Children (autumn semester of the second year).
Then I entered a two-week internship. Through probation, we can put the knowledge about symptoms learned in class into practice, observe the patient's condition and participate in patient care.
Before you get your degree, you must successfully complete a 30-week full-time clinical internship. Contact with various common environments in physiotherapy industry through practice.
Full-time internships need to be completed in three copies, not in ten weeks. The internship is carried out in the second and third years. The internship site can be located in the Atlanta metropolitan area, a large area of Georgia, or in excellent clinical institutions all over the United States.
In the last year, the students returned to Emory University, engaged in project research and studied advanced courses under the guidance of their tutors. At this time, you can choose to study from many elective courses related to your interests.
