(1) According to the relevant administrative regulations and industry practices of the Press and Publication Administration, editors, editorial directors (deputy directors) and editor-in-chief (deputy editors) with corresponding professional qualifications will conduct the "third review" of the original work, including "preliminary review-review-final review", and file the relevant written review opinions.

Some kinds of publications must be published by relevant professional publishing houses. Sometimes the review will be postponed indefinitely, which means that the topic will be automatically rejected; In most cases, the relevant review departments will release the review results and comments, including specific modification requirements.

(3) After the "Third Trial" and "Special Report for Approval", the publishing house will declare the selected topic and go through the relevant publishing procedures.
