Ordinary graduates of general higher education (full-time) have files from primary school, junior high school, high school to university. I don't know whether the private university you attended was planned or unplanned. Unplanned depends on whether your file was transferred to the school when you entered the school. If not, it does not include high school, but formal institutions do.
