Kaifeng Vocational College of Culture and Art is a full-time public ordinary higher vocational college that enrolls students for the whole country. It is located in Kaifeng, a famous historical and cultural city, and has a strong traditional culture and a strong modern artistic atmosphere. The college was formed by the merger of the former Kaifeng Institute of Education, Kaifeng Radio and TV University and Kaifeng Staff University.
