(1) People's Republic of China (PRC) citizens

(two) support the leadership of China * * * production party, willing to serve the socialist modernization, good moral character, law-abiding.

(three) the age is generally not more than 40 years old, and the age of candidates who apply for entrusted training and self-financing is not limited.

(four) the physical health status meets the requirements of the state and the enrollment unit.

(five) people who have obtained a master's degree or a doctoral degree are only allowed to apply for postgraduate students who are entrusted to train or raise funds by themselves.

(six) the qualification of a candidate must meet one of the following conditions:

1. Fresh undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications;

2. Persons with nationally recognized undergraduate degrees;

3. After more than two years of study, a person who has obtained a diploma from a higher vocational college recognized by the state, reached the same educational level as an undergraduate graduate, and met the specific business requirements put forward by the enrollment unit according to the training objectives of the unit;

4. Undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications and recent graduates of adult colleges and universities shall apply for the exam according to the equivalent academic qualifications of undergraduate graduates;

5. Persons who have obtained master's or doctoral degrees.
