Beijing Union University (Beijing? United University (referred to as General Assembly) is a comprehensive university under the charge of Beijing Municipal Government. Won the demonstration practice base of school-enterprise collaborative employment and entrepreneurship innovation of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and was included in the first batch of "demonstration base" construction units in China.
Beijing Union University was established with the approval of the Ministry of Education. 1985. Its predecessor was 1978, 36 university branches founded by Peking University and Tsinghua University.
