Origin:

Adlof saxophone saxophone has a history of only 100 years since its birth. Different from ordinary musical instruments, it has evolved over the years. The saxophone was designed and invented around 1840 by the Belgian brass and woodwind instrument manufacturer Adloph Sax.

At that time, Adlof saxophone wanted to make a musical instrument with both timbre characteristics of copper pipe and woodwind, so it installed a single-spring mouthpiece of woodwind on a round copper pipe and then improved it, so saxophone was born, and saxophone was defined as a kind of woodwind.

1846, Adlof saxophone obtained the patent right to manufacture saxophone in Paris, and the saxophone was listed as a formal military instrument in the following year. However, saxophone was born too late, catching up with the times of many great classical musicians, so there were not many music specially used for saxophone performance, and therefore saxophone's position at that time was far inferior to other musical instruments.
