How to stay in the team after two years in the army?
There are many ways to stay in the army for two years as a soldier. Among them, you can stay in the army through exams and take an examination of military schools or sergeant schools. The other is to promote cadres. This requires you to perform well in the army, or to have certain achievements. If you want to have an excellent result in the army, you must be active in training and get excellent results.

Generally speaking, there are three ways to stay in the army after one or two years.

In the first year and the second year, conscripts apply to become non-commissioned officers when they expire.

To have excellent military and political quality, we should not only have physical quality, but also have professional military skills and high ideological and political consciousness. You also need to perform well in the army and work actively at ordinary times, and you need to be recognized by the backbone of the company.

In the second year and the second year, the conscripts were admitted to the NCO school after the expiration.

The content of the exam is the most basic knowledge in senior high school. The main competitors are high school students and college students, and the age requirement is no more than 23 years old. For college students, it is relatively easy to enter the NCO school. As long as they are carefully prepared for a period of time, they can basically enter.

Being admitted to a sergeant school is like being admitted to a university. The diploma of the NCO school is a junior college, and during the school period, it is mainly to learn professional skills. There are winter and summer vacations every year, and the university period is fully included in length of military service. Proficient in professional skills, after graduation, the company generally takes the technical route, and in principle, it can be promoted all the way to staff sergeant or four-level master sergeant.

Third, in the military academy.

This is also one of the main purposes for many college students to become soldiers. Taking the military academy entrance examination in the army is like the second college entrance examination. As long as you seize the opportunity, you can also achieve "diving into the dragon gate" and change from an ordinary soldier to an officer.

Second, what should I do when I am a soldier in the university and stay in the army?

1. If you transfer to a non-commissioned officer in the army, then the highest education is high school, but the university student status will remain until you retire for two years. At that time, after leaving the army, you can go back to the university for further study, complete your studies and get a diploma.

2. If you are admitted to the sergeant school of the army, whether you are a junior college student or an undergraduate, you will have a junior college degree after graduating from the sergeant school.

3. If you are admitted to a military school in the army, you will have a bachelor's degree after graduation, so don't worry about your local student status. When you are admitted to the military academy, you can transfer your local files to the military academy.

3. What preferential policies can a university soldier enjoy?

1, students are allowed to return to school within two years after retirement.

This is a very good policy for students who are soldiers in college. They have served in the army for two to five years. If you don't get into the military school or don't want to stay in the army and continue to be a non-commissioned officer, you can continue to study in the university after you leave the army.

2. You can apply for a big shift with the school.

Many college students' majors have been transferred, so they can apply to the school to transfer to other majors when they return to school after two years as conscripts. Usually the school will agree to let them change their major. After learning professional knowledge well, employment will be more secure.

Tuition fees are compensated by the state.

No matter whether you are a college student or an undergraduate, whether you sign up as a soldier from the place where the university is located or from the place where you register as a soldier, the tuition fees are compensated by the state, with a maximum compensation of 8,000 yuan per year. It's like going to college for free

4. College students' enlistment bonus

In order to encourage college students to join the army and serve the country, many provinces have introduced some incentive policies, one of which is a direct one-time cash reward. For example, Chengdu, Sichuan gives a one-time reward to ordinary full-time college students who join the army from Chengdu. The bonus standard is: 50,000 yuan for undergraduate graduates, 40,000 yuan for junior college graduates, 30,000 yuan for freshmen and 20,000 yuan for freshmen.

5. There are preferential policies for academic upgrading.

The Ministry of Education and the National Defense Mobilization Department of the Central Military Commission jointly issued a notice. From 20021year, the enrollment scale of graduate students majoring in "retired college soldiers" has been expanded from the current 5,000 students per year to 8,000 students, with the focus on "double-class" universities. After retiring from the army and completing college education, students with college education can attend ordinary undergraduate or adult undergraduate courses without examination from 2022.
