Legal basis:
Article 12 of the Administrative Measures for the Construction and Use of Talent Apartments in Hefei (Trial) is divided into six categories: top talents at home and abroad, national leading talents, provincial leading talents, municipal leading talents, senior talents and basic talents. Meet the prescribed conditions, enjoy the corresponding housing area standards at different levels (see Annex for standards). Discuss other special talents.
Thirteenth for the newly introduced senior and above talents to work in this city, I, my spouse and minor children have no housing in this city, and can enjoy the apartment with property rights or the apartment with leased talents. For basic talents who come to work in this city and have no housing in this city, they can provide public rental housing or grant rental subsidies.
