1, Sun Yat-sen University: Located atNo. 132, Outer Ring East Road, University Town, Panyu District, Guangzhou, the departments are: Law School (Intellectual Property College), School of Political and Public Affairs Management, School of Management (Entrepreneurship College), Department of Psychology, School of Communication and Design, School of Information Management, School of Engineering, School of Materials Science and Engineering, and School of Electronics and Information Engineering (Microelectronics College).

South China Normal University: referred to as "South China Normal University" for short, as of September 20 17, the school has three campuses, namely Guangzhou Shipai, Guangzhou University Town and Foshan Nanhai, covering an area of 3,025 mu, with a school building area of/kloc-0.55 million square meters and a collection of 3.74 million books.

In February, 2003, the Guangdong Provincial Government officially agreed that Guangdong University of Foreign Studies should be stationed in Guangzhou University Town as a high-quality teaching resource. The South Campus is located in the northeast of Xiaoguwei Island in Panyu, covering an area of 1.095 mu.

Guangdong Pharmaceutical University: In 2002, Guangdong Pharmaceutical University settled in Guangzhou University Town; Guangdong Pharmaceutical University (Zhongshan Campus) officially started construction. As of June 20 18, there are three campuses and five campuses in Guangzhou, Zhongshan and Yunfu respectively. Guangzhou campus includes three campuses: University Town, Chigang and Baogang, covering an area of 1000 mu, Zhongshan campus covers an area of nearly 2,000 mu, and Yunfu campus covers an area of more than 2,300 mu.
5. Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts: In 2004, the school built a new campus in Guangzhou University Town, forming a pattern of "one school and two districts". As of 20 15 and 12, Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts has two campuses, Changgang and University Town, with a total area of 564 mu and a total construction area of 362,500 square meters.
